    To do this we need to focus on hiring top talent externally who can offer valued experiences to help us to continue to evolve our business. As a result we are looking to recruit an experienced Partner who has a successful track record and understanding of the FMCG & Consumer Manufacturing sector. The role can be based anywhere across the UK and will be working alongside Louise Shepherd who has over 15 years consumer search experience and is a subject matter expert.

    Job Description

  • Play a key role in the continued growth of our established Industrial & Consumer manufacturing Practices.
Business development and corporate client acquisition with a key focus on the FMCG and Consumer Manufacturing sectors. Leverage your network across other functions within our partner brands and with piers across Page Executive Global. Develop a network of business contacts among C-level professionals Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders (provide presentations, negotiate contracts and advise on market trends) Offer advisory services and tailored-made solutions to clients Manage the executive search project from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organisation Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events As a member of the Global Page Executive practice community you will - share and gain experiences from other practice responsible consultants Drive global business initiatives and take an active part in regular practice meetings with other experts Support the further development of Page Group and Page Executive in accordance with the Group strategy

The Successful Applicant

5years+ of business experience executive retained search experience within Consumer Manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards) Proven business development track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen Experienced in managing multiple and complex search projects in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude Outstanding communication, time management and multitasking skills
