Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Working Hours: Day Shifts

Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team in Cambridge. As a leading facilities maintenance company, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment within a static role. This is a permanent position, with no call out required.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipmentDiagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where necessaryCompleting electrical installation work where requiredConducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsLiaising with clients and colleagues to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standardMaintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used

Requirements:

Electrical maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environmentRelevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)Knowledge of electrical regulations and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
