Please note that this is a temporary position for a duration of 2 months, with the possibility of extension. The working pattern is full time, requiring 36.25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
As a Trade Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Import Shipment in Software.
- Data entry based on commercial invoices.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets.
- Identifying discrepancies and analysing data patterns.
- Contacting suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information.
- Utilising commodity code and classification knowledge (a plus).
- Assisting with any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and determine priorities effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
