Purchasing Administrator

Working for a distribution company you will be supporting the Purchasing team in an Administration function.

This is a temporary role for approximately 6-months and requires an immediate start. Previous experience within purchasing or supply chain would be an advantage. Strong admin and IT skills to include MS Office and data entry.

Duties:

Ordering stock

Liaising with suppliers

Working closely with the warehouse team

Updating systems

Checking pricing is correct

Load and place purchase orders

Raising disputes

Person Spec:

Organised and able to multi-task

Good communicator

Good attention to detail

Able to work alone and take responsibility of tasks

40-hours per week working Monday to Friday.

Due to the location you must drive and have your own transport.
