About Us:
Join our dynamic and nurturing team located in the heart of the LE5 area in Leicester. We are dedicated to providing a warm and stimulating environment where young children can thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to lead our morning sessions and help shape the early education of our little learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 3-5 years.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning through play.
  • Monitor and support the development of each child, providing personalized guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child s progress and daily activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Maintain accurate records of children s development and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
  • Previous experience working with nursery-aged children is essential.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
