The Role of Relief Support Practitioner Lochgilphead:

As a Relief Support Practitioner, your role will involve:

Supporting people to live independently in their own homes Providing personal care and support with daily activities Meal preparation and support with nutritional needs Offering emotional support and companionship Working proactively to prevent hospital admissions

You will have the opportunity to work across our Home Care, Mobile Home Care, and Responder services, giving you a variety of experiences and ultimate flexibility in your schedule. Our shifts include evenings, weekends, and nights, ensuring there is something for everyone.

What We Offer:

A variety of shifts available 12 months of the year Paid travel time and mileage for out-of-area travel Holiday pay accrual Access to Blue Light Card and Concerts for Carers Comprehensive induction training, including the use of ELK Lifting Cushion
