KOMI Talent has grown in the last 12 months, from a standing start, to one of the most exciting entrants in the sector. Generating over £150k of billing for our client and brand partners every month (and growing fast).

We are looking for a Head of Talent to be part of this journey, overseeing and growing an established team of senior talent managers, talent managers and talent executives; continuing to deliver a best in class services to our talent roster.

Reporting to the Head of KOMI Talent, with exposure to the KOMI Group Board, the role will initially oversee an existing portfolio of talent and accompanying team with an opportunity to build their own roster and team alongside this.

We are looking for someone with a strong network of creators who can negotiate commercial deals, sign legally binding contracts, organise personal finances and develop strategies for them to be more successful as a creator in the industry.

Objectives of this Role:
Lead a team that confidently manages the most exciting digital talent. Strategise with talent, to support their career development. Develop strategic plans for KOMI’s signed talent to maximise their growth and financial productivity. Identify and develop relationships with up and coming, and existing content creators that have yet to reach full potential.
Necessary skills:
Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in talent management. Strong leadership capabilities to lead and grow a promising team. Experience in managing teams and responsible for their own budget. A demonstrated track record for developing and executing strategic business plans on behalf of talents and brand clients Excellent written and verbal communications skills Creative and commercially, entrepreneurially minded
