Heading up and taking ultimate ownership of a highly decorated and recognised TA team within an extremely fast paced industry - this is a strategic role, but one that needs a hands-on and responsible operator to shape it going forward. A strong, but nurturing staff manager, you'll be extremely hands on with the Senior Management of the business (reporting into an inspirational and decorated HR Director) and responsible for remapping sourcing models and rethinking EVP and branding, at an exciting time for the business.

Experience at a similar level is a must, but the client is open minded to industry sectors in a role whereby personality will be the key - this is a fast paced and exciting environment which is keen to further embrace progressive diversity and inclusion strategy within its talent acquisition policy. Working very closely with the People team, you'll be given a key seat at the table to ensure acquisition strategy marries up well with retention, L&D and engagement strategies, building exceptional stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee all Recruitment activity and strategy for the organisation.
- Own, develop and promote the organisation's employer brand, representing it externally and publicly.
- Build and implement sound and strategic talent pooling initiatives to satisfy the requirements of the entire organisational commercially.
- Lead on management development internally, refining recruitment skills of all stakeholders.
- Build out market leading emerging talent solutions.
- Maximise the efficiency of the team, integrating technologies where appropriate.
