We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Fundraising Co-Ordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support & Inspire: Motivate and guide participants in various challenges, helping them reach their fundraising targets through personalised phone and email support.
- Fundraising Stewardship: Address queries related to online fundraising, provide tailored advice, and build strong relationships with participants to enhance their experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations within the fundraising department.
- Administration: Keep accurate records of all communications using the ThankQ database, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Event Participation: Be present at and support key events, including weekends, to engage with and encourage participants.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a 37.5-hour workweek with flexible start and finish times. Evening and weekend work will be scheduled in advance, with time in lieu provided.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a fundraising department and a background in customer support.
- Skills: Confident in telephone communication, excellent writing abilities, a strong understanding of customer care principles, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Disposition: A self-motivated, confident, and friendly team player who thrives under pressure.
