We are looking for a Performance and Data Analyst to oversee and manage the performance monitoring and reporting of the REPEX programme. You will be monitoring Key Performance Indicators, developing and maintaining internal and external performance reports and dashboards, support REPEX objectives and delivery targets in line with regulatory allowances.
What you’ll need
- Highly analytical and numerical with a passion for data accuracy.
- Great experience in data analytics and reporting, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- You are familiar with statistical analysis and trend forecasting methodologies.
- You are financially and commercially aware, with experience delivering MI reporting.
- A keen understanding of data management principles and practices, including data governance.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of data-related projects.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Implementing best practices in performance monitoring and reporting, including generating templates and dashboards to facilitate regular REPEX programme internal and external reporting.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to generate regular, thorough and robust REPEX programme reports and dashboards.
- Analyse REPEX programme reports and dashboards, and present findings, recommendations and key trends to senior management.
- Provide metrics to support baseline plan to deliver regulatory outputs.
- Ensuring compliance with data-related regulations
