Job Purpose
Working in support of the Tax Partner and managing a team of talented tax accountants autonomously.The review and completion of personal and tax returns and accounts.The management of end of year returns and payroll. P11ds.Overseeing and developing tax return processes for the department.Managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met.Meeting with clients to provide tax advisory services.Encourage, support, and mentor junior team members, overseeing professional development and championing customer service excellence.Troubleshooting and liaising with HMRC.Proactively investigate and identify opportunities for the firm and clients.Offering first class communication internally and externally both written and verbal.
