This role is ideally suited for a CTA Qualified individual with a strong inclination towards advisory services, eager to take their career to the next level within a flourishing and supportive team. The role is a purely advisory capacity, ensuring deep engagement with a notable array of clients such as OMBs, Business Owners, High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts & Estates, Non-Residents, and Company Directors, to deliver tailored tax advisory solutions.

This position stands out by offering a steady pace of work without the traditional peak tax season pressures of December and January, aiming for an even distribution of responsibilities across the year. It is an excellent fit for those who value direct client interaction and the advantages of a hybrid and flexible work model. As part of this role, you will evolve into a Tax Consultant role, providing strategic tax planning and compliance advice, significantly impacting your clients' financial wellbeing and stability.

**Key Duties**:

- Deliver strategic tax guidance to a varied client base.
- Engage in designing and implementing tax planning and compliance measures for clients.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients.
- Support clients during HMRC inquiries and audits.
- Stay abreast of tax legislation changes and communicate these to clients effectively.
- Previous experience in a UK Practice environment is essential.

**Qualifications**:

- CTA qualification or equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK tax system.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
