POSITION OVERVIEW

Department: Food & Beverage

Salary: £13.42/hr

Providing a warm welcome to guests and taking hot beverage orders and snacks will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they are sure to remember This is a full-time position (weekend included)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional serviceConveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standardsCommunicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guestsGood knowledge of our productsTake responsibility for your designated section and stationEnsuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all timesReceiving and processing customers’ paymentsMaking sure ingredient labels are visible in all stationsMaintaining hygienic food service techniques during serviceCleaning and sanitizing tablesTaking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concernsActively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
