The Role:
They are seeking a talented transactional construction lawyer to join their dynamic construction team in Birmingham. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactional matters. Your responsibilities will include:

– Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, including procurement agreements, design and build contracts, and development agreements.
– Providing strategic advice to clients on construction-related transactions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
– Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored legal solutions that meet their business objectives.
