Office Manager - Datchet

Job Summary:
You will be leading a team of 6 through all aspects of daily business functions. You will have ownership over company performance, leadership, internal operations and long-term strategic direction. You will also collaborate with global leadership on long-term business strategy, top-line growth and strategic investment decisions

Salary: 
£30k-60k 
Standard Hours: Monday -Friday . 08:00am - 16:30pm

Role Duties:

  • - You will lead the company in day-to-day operations and functional execution. You will also oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple client projects and work directly with clients on project initiation, trajectory, and closure. You will make an important contribution by acquiring and retaining clients as well as improving relations with existing clients through project performance-based metrics
  • Client project work typically includes assessing their aviation needs and requirements, developing a relationship and providing solutions, securing project orders and, finally, delivering on a solution that meets the client needs by leveraging our global partnerships
  • Overseeing all business functions, you will have directive input on sales, procurement, shipping, and HR decisions. You will also be responsible for executing upon strategic business investments.
  • Youâll learn a host of new skills across all business functions. You will also receive an 1-2- week training in Los Angeles, CA, USA by our senior leadership as well as continual coaching and mentorship from senior leadership and team leaders across the global corporate group
  • You will oversee the HR, sales, procurement, shipping and packaging teams and manage external IT teams on a daily basis. You will also collaborate with the international team of company leaders across the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Turkey on strategic decision making, project collaboration and leadership.

Role Requirements:
  • Bachelorâs or graduate degree in engineering, STEM, or management 4+ years of work experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel to serve international clients and suppliers, collaborate with partner companies
  • Aerospace and/or defense experience preferable
  • worldwide and attend conferences and airshows
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively to create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Strong time-management skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English â both verbal and written â across cultures and countries
