We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Estates Caretaker to join our team. As an Estates Caretaker at Together Housing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our estates.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine inspections of the estate to identify and report any issues or repairs needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the estate, including communal areas, gardens, and walkways.
Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing fences, clearing drains, and replacing light bulbs.
Respond to residents' enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a housing or property management setting.
Good practical skills for carrying out basic maintenance and repairs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive and self-motivated approach.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to estate management.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Salary of £23,088
27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
You will be based out of our Salford depo
