Job description:
As part of the expansion of the dedicated Commercial resource at East Midlands Airport, this position is a brand new one, reporting to the Commercial Director. The Commercial Analyst will provide support to multiple key senior stakeholders across both Commercial and Finance functions across the airport. This will take the shape of management information reporting & analysis and commercial insights - which both link into business strategy and drive decision making.
This person will also be required tosupport the development and delivery of the Commercial strategy for EMA through assisting in the production of analysis, modelling and scenario planning You will assist in the development of external proposals for new passenger and cargo airlines. There is direct involvement with forecasting and budgeting processes, obtaining data from internal and external partners, and developing strong relationships with colleagues across the whole of MAG.
Profile description:
We ideally want to hire someone with strong analytical skills, good attention to detail, commercial awareness and acumen. You will have experience of Power BI and Excel. There is a dotted line into Finance, making this role very closely alligned with that function, so experience of either Financial or Commercial Analysis is of interest.
