Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices in residential childcare settings, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions as an Apprenticeship Trainer to apprentices in residential childcare.
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs that meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and regulations in residential childcare.
  • Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to support apprentices' on-the-job learning as an apprenticeship coach.
  • Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and achievements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential childcare management (Essential)
  • Recognised teaching or training qualification (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in residential childcare (Essential)
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners as an apprenticeship coach (Essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential)
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in your role as an Apprenticeship Trainer (Essential)
