**Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging learning sessions to Residential Childcare learners remotely and as well as visiting the learners
- Monitor the progress of the learners regularly and ensure that they will attend all sessions
- Provide appropriate assessments and reviews to the learners that are based on the standards and support them achieve level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
- Maximise learners’ full potential by supporting their development, adhering to the proper guidelines, and motivating them to overcome barriers
- Build strong relationships with clients and other teams to have excellent delivery results

**Experience and Skills**
- An Assessing qualification
- Experienced Residential Childcare Coach that support people throughout their residential childcare qualification
- GCSE in Maths and English at level C or a level 2 Functional skills
- Excellent communication skills
