The role:

Are you an ambitious Commercial Associate/Senior Associate 4+ years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to advisor for some of the most high-profile and groundbreaking commercial projects in the legal market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.

The team is keen to hear from Associates and Senior Associates with a strong track record in:

drafting and advising on commercial contracts e.g. distribution and agency agreements, and franchise arrangementsnegotiating commercial contractsproviding regulatory advice e.g. consumer contractssupport for broader transactions e.g. hive-downs

The team is looking for someone who is technically gifted, commercially curious and outcome-oriented. In return, you can expect to be fully embedded into the full lifecycle of commerical projects and receive a large amount of exposure from the Partners.
