The role:

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Contentious Construction Senior Associate 5+ years PQE looking to join one of the UK's leading Construction practices, to be based in Bristol.

This role is part of one of the UK's largest construction practices, specifically within the Contentious Construction sub-team. This team operates at the forefront of key sectors including energy and utilities, transport, real estate, and infrastructure, both nationally and internationally.

The firm seeks a Senior Associate capable of supporting clients in navigating complex legal landscapes. The role involves utilising a broad range of dispute resolution methods such as adjudication, international and domestic arbitration, pre-action protocols, litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, strategic troubleshooting, expert determination and conciliation, and mediation.

Beyond fee-earning and leading transactions, the ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of deepening existing relationships and cultivating new ones. Leadership qualities are essential, as the role involves contributing to the strategic direction of the practice and supporting the development of junior team members.
