The role:

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Contentious Construction Associate 1+ years PQE looking to join one of the UK’s leading Construction practices, to be based in Bristol.

This position is within one of the UK's largest and most respected construction practices, specifically focused on contentious matters. The team is at the forefront of key sectors including energy and utilities, transport, real estate, and infrastructure, with a reach that spans both national and international markets.

My client is seeking an ambitious Associate who wants to support clients through complex and often high-stakes disputes. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of dispute resolution methods, including adjudication, international and domestic arbitration, litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, expert determination, strategic troubleshooting, conciliation, and mediation.
