The role:

Forming part of the firm's multidisciplinary Food & Farming specialism, this well regarded team is looking to welcome a Rural Property Senior Associate 8+ years PQE with a demonstrable interest/track record in rural property and business matters, to be based in Bristol.

You can expect a varied and challenging diet of work encompassing all areas of rural life and business, from acting for lifestyle buyers of country houses to historic landowners managing estates and well-established rural businesses expanding into new projects.

The team deal with all of the major rural land agents and other multipliers, acting for significant rural landowners such as The Crown Estate, charitable institutions, investors, lenders, and numerous private owners and occupiers.

As such, they are looking for an expert in agricultural property transactions who can make a significant contribution to their offering.
