We are working with a Legal 500 ranked boutique law firm who are looking for a driven and ambitious Marketing Manager to join their growing & dynamic marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the firm's senior leadership team and founders, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the firm's revenue, brand awareness, and strategic positioning in the market. As a leading full service firm, with expertise in different areas of law, they are happy to consider candidates who have marketing experience in any practice area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, direct mail, podcasting, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and founders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and optimising as necessary.
  • Organise and promote events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and achieve key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English Literature, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Marketing role within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
