  • Experience of operating in line with governance, risk, and control requirements.
  • Familiarity with a range of modern project management techniques such as PERT, Gantt Chart, PRINCE2, PMBOK, and more. Ability to select the best approaches based on various factors, such as the project size, complexity, objectives, team, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Relationship building, stakeholder management, and great communication skills.
  • Change or transformation management and programme management experience.
  • Problem Solving, experience of implementing or transforming a process. Ability to select the best approaches based on various factors, such as the project size, complexity, objectives, team, and stakeholders.
  • Experience of using modern project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, especially modern project road mapping tools like Roadmonk, Product board, Product plan. Additional Skills
    • Graduate calibre with significant commercial management experience across a number of business disciplines.
    • Confident in understanding business strategy and ensuring projects are delivering to that strategy.
    • Manipulate reports and analyse data to put forward recommendations and suggest new ways of working.
    • Experience working in and leading operations of a bank.

      To raise capital and manage the financial risk of clients, including financial advisory services, identification and origination of market opportunities, research, economic analysis. Accountabilities

    • Identification and cultivation of relationships with potential clients, including corporations, institutions, or government entities.
  • Market research and analysis to identify industry trends, potential deal opportunities, and client needs.
Collaboration with internal teams to develop pitch materials, financial models, and presentations for client meetings and transactions. Structuring and execution of deals, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. Due diligence process coordination, timeline management, and liaising between various stakeholders involved in transactions. Vice President Expectations Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment. Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda. Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organisation functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business. Collaborate with other areas of work, for business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies. Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem-solving processes. Seek out, build, and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
