As a Sales Executive at Cigna, you'll manage a database of provided leads, connecting with globally mobile individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your role is to effectively communicate our offerings and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet predefined sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Cultivate successful client relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Utilize SalesForce and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Identify process enhancements and offer suggestions.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and manage workload.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • Regulatory awareness.
  • Experience in telemarketing insurance sales preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
