Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Full time, perm role.

Trusted Technology Partnership is specialist provider of IT Infrastructure and Support Services for over 25 years.

Accounts Assistant - The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to do an all-rounded accounts role. The Accounts Assistant will be expected to liaise with all areas of the business, suppliers, and customers. This position would suit a candidate with some existing skill sets who has a desire to become an all-rounder with a good working knowledge of all ledgers, training to be provided

Accounts Assistant - The Skills & Experience
At least 1 year's experience in a similar roleExperience with purchase and sales ledgers (can post AP/AR invoices)Posting bank transactionsExperience in dealing with supplier/customer queries via phone and email Exceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently of supervision and be proactive in all areas of the roleAble to manage workload and prioritise tasksAdvanced Excel skillsRemain composed in a busy / fast paced environmentTeam player with "hands on" approachExcellent Communication skillsWilling and able to learn
