Within our UKI Team as part of our Stryker Neurovascular Division, the Senior Field Marketing Associate Role will support our Sales Team to optimize the management of its Regional and European Marketing activities. This support aims to meet our Goals and Objectives for our Division and Stryker, collectively delivering our company Mission and Values to our customers and patients. Key Responsibilities Include: External & Internal Events

  • Submission of Event sponsorships and SRFs: Manage and monitor submissions to ensure proper sponsorship alignment with our objectives.
  • Management and monitoring of Grants: Ensure effective registration of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for workshops.
  • Collaboration with the CoE (Event Teams): Work closely to support and coordinate marketing activities within our market, ensuring seamless execution of events. Consulting Agreements
    • Renewal and Creation of HCP Contracts: Handle the renewal of expired HCP contracts and create new ones. This includes collecting necessary documents from HCPs, submitting files to the business professional for review, and following up on signatures.
    • Database Management: Update and monitor the consulting contracts database (Monday.com) and electronically archive contracts on OneDrive.
    • Event Planning and Coordination: Contribute to planning and coordinating internal events, ensuring smooth proceedings.
    • Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct rigorous follow-up after events to assess their success, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure payment for events or activities. Administrative Duties
      • Calendar Management: Oversee the BU's Outlook calendar for events.
      • Order Management: Handle various orders such as cabinets, incentives, kit, demo products, and brochure management (flow models/simulators/staff kits).
      • Invoice Management: Manage non-HCP invoices, including supplier creation, purchase orders (PO), and project codes. Monitor the marketing budget monthly to ensure financial alignment with departmental goals. Team Support
        • Co-Travel with Sales Force: Support the sales team by participating in workshops, hands-on product training, congresses, and presentations.
        • Management Team Support: Assist the UKI management team with meetings, budget presentations, and discretionary budget management. What You Need?
