Markets Operations Belfast Overview:
Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.
A role within Markets Operations means that you will have a global reach, in a supportive environment which will provide you with new experiences and development opportunities right here in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter.
You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model.

Role Overview:
The Operations Analyst is an entry level position, responsible for processing the orders and transactions from our trading desks and offices.

What you'll do:
The role will have extensive client interaction with an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of products, internal systems, processes, and support teams. Verify the accuracy of booking requests. Close liaison with internal businesses and stakeholders. Complete tasks accurately and on time to meet deadlines. Understand impact of applicable regulations on the business area and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Prepare and submit reports with attention to detail. What we'll need from you: Experience of working in a legal/financial service organisation preferable. Proven track record in delivering results in a challenging and changing environment. Excellent communication skills Ability to interpret data Attention to detail Successful candidates will attend a three week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
