Citi, a leading global bank, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Business Analyst to join its Information Services Group (ISG). As a key member of the Security Master Central (SMC) team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of a strategic data application that enhances the bank's Securities Reference data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between business users and technologists to exchange information and drive efficient solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of a strategic data application within the ISG.
  • Work on a best-in-class system that acts as the strategic source for high-quality Securities Reference data across the enterprise.
  • Enhance the system's capabilities and data in line with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across the bank to deliver value for clients and support data governance and data quality strategy.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle procedures and concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of other technical areas, including script tools and code analysis.
  • Ability to analyze business client needs and derive test cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate the exchange of ideas between business leaders and IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets and experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • SQL knowledge and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
