Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for Admin Support to join our client base in Thame.
The purpose of the Administrator is to provide administrative and system support to the internal sales team. This consists of a variety of tasks, e.g. responding to customer queries, dealer management, policy management, and accurate reporting.
Hours: 9am-5pm
Duration: 6 month contract
Salary: £21,000
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Respond to our customers and partners within SLAs via email and telephone
- Provide support for new and existing dealers
- Ensure policy information is up to date and correct
- Ad hoc support for other departments where required
- Deal with document requests from Account Managers and customers
- Ensure all details held are correct
Requirement:
- Must have experience using Microsoft Packages
- Excellent Customer Service skills
