Role Overview: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead the corporate tax function within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
Tax Compliance: Managing the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns for a portfolio of clients.Advisory Services: Providing expert advice on corporate tax matters, including tax planning, restructuring, and compliance.Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring tax solutions accordingly.Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring junior tax professionals.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
CTA qualification (Chartered Tax Adviser) or equivalent.Significant experience in corporate tax, ideally gained within an accountancy practice.Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
