The team consists of fifteen great ladies, three lovely gents and Rosie and Looby Loo the post dogs you will have to love their gorgeous Cockapoos

As Call Handler, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and making calls
  • Accurately record messages and send via email or WhatsApp
  • Diary management using Google Calendars, Office365 and bespoke software systems
  • Planning routes for clients
  • Working with capsule CRM
  • Booking appointments
  • Email Management
  • Typing

What we re looking for in a Call Handler?

  • Previous experience in a call centre or telephonist role
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Possess a professional telephone manner and clear telephone voice
  • Understand Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook for emails
  • Be organised with attention to detail
  • Be quick to learn new systems

Hours:

Team Ewok (Trades) Monday to Friday 9am 5pm

Team Yoda (business services) Monday to Friday 8am 1pm

Team Yoda (business services) Tuesday to Friday 1.30pm 5.30pm

All staff agree to work a maximum of two Saturdays a month (realistically it is only ever one) Saturday pay is in addition to basic salary.
