The Role

We are looking for a Data Manager to join our IT & Digital Team.  The Data Manager plays a crucial role in managing and leveraging the organisation's data assets.  The role involves visualising existing data to highlight key trends, contributing to the data strategy, ensuring compliance with data standards, developing a master data set, and maintaining a robust data security plan.    

 

The Candidate

We're looking for someone with a high level of integrity, enthusiasm and determination who can analyse and propose enhancements to the data strategy to address organisational needs and weaknesses.  The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and be able to interpret ICT terminology for those less familiar with technical language.  They will operate in a highly dynamic and digital-focused environment, so will be willing to continually adapt and learn.  They will lead by example in the ethical management of data, and foster a culture of data security awareness, all while being committed to the vision, mission and values of Devon Air Ambulance.     

 

The Package

Salary: £41,500 per annum.
