Key Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for our E-commerce fulfilment operations. Responsible for approving Capital Expenditure and for the Capex Budget Present to Finance and Operations senior management. Accountable for team deliverables including management information packs, reporting, budget and forecast process, and P&L cost line ownership. Responsible for talent development of direct reports. Work with Manager of E-commerce Finance on strategic projects to support the growth of the TJX E-commerce business. Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimise operations and minimise risk/cost to the business. Ad hoc project and analysis work Business partnering:
Be an independent, credible, and challenging finance business partner to support the delivery of business goals. Key business partner for Operations and 3rd party fulfilment partners Key business partner for Distribution Finance Provide ad hoc analysis and support to business partners.
