You'll be working across the business with all our internal teams (Creative Studio, Digital Product, Tech, Marketing) and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business. This role genuinely important to our business performance - you would be a key player in the evolution of our training app content and Lead on the delivery of our digital product optimisation plans. Our team and remit are rapidly growing with the business, and the opportunities to test and learn, educate and build relationships are endless We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities. The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global Headquarters in Solihull, UK. And here's what we are looking for from you:

Essential Skills:

A background in executing content plans for digital platforms including app. Demonstrable ability to manage tasks in an efficient and organised manner. Excellent attention to detail. Proven verbal & written communication skills, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to prioritise deliverables to ensure maximum impact. Experience in people management. Proficient in working with a Content Management System (CMS). Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in the use of digital performance tools e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Tableau. A similar industry background in health and fitness. This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
