**Job Summary**

You will provide an essential support function across all areas of marketing - including national marketing campaigns, dealer marketing and digital - assisting the Head of Marketing where required to help drive sales of Subaru vehicles in line with business objectives. A key requirement of this role is the creation of impactful communications; the Marketing and Content Executive will be expected to create original copy and liaise with key agency partners and suppliers where appropriate to deliver additional marketing content assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Head of Marketing in the delivery of national marketing campaigns and dealer marketing assets.
- Managing Subaru UK’s social channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram); creating a monthly social content calendar aligned with business priorities and posting content in all channels.
- Developing content and supplying assets for Subaru.co.uk to ensure relevant, accurate and timely information is available on site; assisting with ongoing maintenance and development of website as required.
- Assisting in development of product brochures; ensuring clear, concise and timely briefing and management of agency teams; managing stakeholder feedback; ensuring delivery of brochures on time and within agreed budget.
- Monitoring Global and European asset libraries and updating central UK library regularly to ensure that internal and external stakeholders have timely access to relevant assets.
- Managing suppliers and agencies to maintain productive working relationships, deliver efficiencies and drive excellent creative output, following proper briefing process for all projects and ensuring regular and timely communication.

**Experience/Skills Required**
- Minimum two-three years marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques, concepts and media channels.
- Demonstrable experience of writing copy for various consumer touchpoints.
- Basic PhotoShop and InDesign skills and an understanding of GA4 and GTM desired (but not essential).
- Good business and commercial awareness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
