**Reporting to: Content Manager**
**Location: Solihull, UK**
**Job Overview**
As a core member of the content team, your primary responsibility is to support the Content Manager in producing multilingual content used across over 14 languages. The goal is to create content that introduces people to Jesus and encourages them to become His true followers. You will coordinate contributions, ensure quality, and manage localisation efforts.
To succeed, you must have proven experience in content production or a related creative field. Strong multitasking, administrative, and collaboration skills are required. Proficiency in English is a must, and fluency in one or more Western European languages is highly advantageous.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Coordinate contractors, projects and localisation processes to produce multimedia content.
- Moderate and review content.
- Assist with the production of promotional and communication content.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external freelancers.
- Assist in pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
- Support the set-up and operation of professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Contribute ideas and bring creative input.
**General Responsibilities**

- To keep abreast of the latest methods and technologies.**Essential Skills / Experience / Education**
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Skilled in the use of Adobe software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects / Adobe Photoshop.
- Highly familiar and experienced with social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
- Digital mindset, curiosity and knowledge of video content production and communication.
- Experience in digital film and sound production, camera operation, lighting and editing would be an advantage.
- A degree in a relevant field is greatly advantageous.
