We have an opening for an ITS Support Technician reporting to Manos Mandylakis IT Support Manager for EMEA. This role will mainly support the UK, but may also spread across EMEA when needed.

This position requires both technical and interpersonal skills.

As the first point of contact and support for the entire IT organization, you must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Primary Duties

  • Assessing incidents, requests and resolving issues when possible, and assisting with more complex technical issues.
  • Participate in other desktop system work such as configuring and deploying new systems, maintaining existing hardware and software, and assisting in employee moves.
  • Recommend and develop procedures and standards that improve the quality and delivery of service to customers.

Experience Required

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, and Systems
  • Experience in configuring software, setting up a new system for employees
  • Managing IT ticketing systems

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of working with MAC/Apple computers.

Certification in IT support.

In this role you will be dealing with associates face-to-face and over the phone good personal skills are required
