your requirements are:

  • Experience in delivering employment coaching training, excellent customer service IAG/Coaching
  • Support work to help rehabilitate individuals
  • Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards
  • Good conflict resolution skills

You will Receive:

  • 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday
  • 2 days of paid volunteering leave each year
