Job Title: Employment Law Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Advisor to join our team at WeRecruit Auto Ltd. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law and compliance matters to our clients in the motor trade industry.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and compliance matters to clients in the motor trade industry.
  • Manage a diverse and interesting caseload of 25 to 40 new cases monthly.
  • Take turns on the Legal Helpline rota and provide opinions to trade magazines.
  • Write legal updates for our website and deliver training and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Background in HR and/or legal/compliance sector.
  • Strong team player with a flexible approach to work.
  • Capability to manage a diverse and interesting caseload.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in.
