We are looking for an organised and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to join our Head Office team in London and support the E-Commerce Manager on a full time 1-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate is an efficient and detail orientated individual, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Implement and optimise daily site merchandising updates based on inventory, the marketing calendar, key launches, and overall Merchandising Guidelines in close collaboration with the HQ E-Commerce team in Paris. Utilise data analytics tools to track performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for optimisation. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights and progress against goals to management. Optimize on-site search results based on weekly performance trends. Be the key point of contact for Retail stores, assisting in processing omnichannel sales. Define paid marketing product selection based on the specific communication needs and categories' performance. Support the marketing team with local Retail events for E-Commerce customers. Continuously monitor and report site bugs related to product and content displayed. Perform competitor analysis on the latest trends and best practices from the E-Commerce competition. Participation in the preparation of presentations on an ad hoc basis. Contribute to business strategy and manage other duties as assigned. Profil

Role Profile

Significant previous digital trading experience, preferably gained within a Retail environment. Strong knowledge of core eCommerce principles and best practices. Quantitative/analytical skills with experience working on web analytics, sales data, and analysis, turning analytics into actionable insights. Advanced user of MS Office pack, especially MS Excel. Can do attitude, able to deal with change in a fast-paced environment. Good eye for detail, able to analyse performance data to propose future initiatives and keep the site optimised. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset and strong organisational skills. Knowledge of the E-Commerce/digital/analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics) as a plus. Interest in digital trends. Fluent in English. Information additionnelle
