We're currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14forty.
Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.

Your key responsibilities will include:

To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleaguesTo ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all timesTo demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectationsTo take personal responsibility for correcting customer or client service problemsMaintaining supplier, client and field relationshipCompletion of helpdesk logsSystem and call review as and when requiredEscalation and Chasers with the field and suppliers alikeMaintaining of internal logs and reportsEnforcing and monitoring of SLAsAssist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other duties as requiredAttend all relevant training sessions and meetingsBe prepared and trained to cover all additional roles within the department to ensure cover is maintainedOur ideal Helpdesk Operator will:Strong communicatorSelf-starterTeam playerTrustworthy and honestDiligent and has an eye for detailPrevious experience in administrative rolesExcellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPointIntegrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityHigh standard of literacy skillsProven track record in planning, organisation and time managementExcellent telephone mannerThe ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityCan Do attitudeAbout Us:We ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
