I am working with a large organisation based in York City Centre who are looking for an experienced Administrator/Business Support Officer for 3-6 months.

The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying between 19.95 - 25.49 PAYE per hour depending on experience.

The organisation offers a 50/50 home/office working pattern.

The role would really suit a high end administartor or a recent Finance/Legal graduate looking to get into the Financial Services industry.

Job description and skills:

  • We require a detailed orientated individual to update a large number of applications for stock transfers.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft XLS is required (you do not need to be an excel wizard)
  • Individual must be comfortable with engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure approval timescales are met.
  • Good verbal and written skills required
  • The role is very cyclical so you will be processing the applications, tracking them, storing and compiling data, gathering responses back, chasing external parties, changing account numbers etc.
  • Must be able to work autonomously (small team) in a professional office.
