Job Title: IT Change Consultant - Permanent - London (hybrid
Are you ready to drive innovation in a dynamic insurance market? A London Market insurance client of mine is seeking a proactive IT Change Consultant to lead our transformation from traditional Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices.
The Role:
As an IT Change Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing and streamlining a number of new IT changes across all business units and divisions such as Claims/Underwriting and Finance/Actuarial. You will act as a Tech Product Owner for assigned IT units, guiding both Project Managers and DevOps engineers in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the transition of IT processes from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with internal consultancy teams to identify and address pain points in the IT division.
- Lead business units through strategic changes and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Analysts to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in consultancy, specialising in IT Change.
- Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile frameworks, and experience leading successful transitions between the two.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
