The significant ongoing growth and success of this Top 30 law firm has created a new requirement for a Corporate Tax lawyer with upwards of 3 PQE. The Tax team supports a highly successful M&A team, as well as the Real Estate and Employment teams. The firm’s clients include an impressive line-up of Media and Tech corporations. The position is to provide tax structuring advice in relation to varied transactions. Applicants should have at least 3 years’ pqe in full-service law firm and experience of supporting corporate and real estate deals. You may provide advice in relation to investments, mergers, Stamp Duty land tax and restructurings. The firm has a great culture,  hugely supportive partners and attracts lawyers from many of the elite Magic Circle and US law firms due to offering both quality of work and an environment which truly supports and priorities staff well-being.
