The Role:

You will advise a diverse clientele on a wide range of corporate tax matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings
  • Tax planning and compliance
  • International tax
  • Tax disputes and litigation

You will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective tax strategies, manage tax risks, and achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications:
