Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join our highly regarded Corporate Tax team at Henderson Scott Careers. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on a variety of complex and high-profile matters for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on corporate and transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring.
  • Offering strategic tax advice for real estate transactions, financing, and private equity investments.
  • Managing international tax matters such as transfer pricing, double taxation, and cross-border planning.
  • Assisting clients with tax disputes, HMRC investigations, and litigation.
  • Working on multidisciplinary projects and providing integrated tax solutions across different sectors.

About the Role: As a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on a range of UK and international tax issues, with a focus on corporate and transactional tax matters. You will collaborate closely with other practice areas, such as corporate, real estate, and finance, to support transactions and offer standalone tax solutions.
