We are currently recruiting for a Visits Cafe Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at HMP Parc & YOI, Bridgend, CF35 6AP
We are looking to recruit 2 new team members to work alongside our current team. We will be able to offer a flexible rota and aim to share early finishes between the team. It is a busy but rewarding role.

What you'll be doing

Working in the visits hall at hmp parc Prison alongside officers and inmates to produce food for visitors to the prison. Assist with food preperation Serve on the food counter Clear away and wash up Serving food and drinks front of house Cleaning of front and back of house Stocking up and stock rotation Operating the till Light cleaning duties to company standard Working as part of a great team to ensure the smooth operation of the site Ensuring front and back of house are kept clean and tidy Providing excellent customer service throughout

Experience

Polite, professional, and friendly at all times. Adhering to the highest level of customer care for our customers clients and colleagues. Great team player with a ‘can do’ attitude Flexible around shifts Self motivated and able to use own initiative Must be able to pass DBS checks - this can take between 6-12 weeks. Full Clean UK driving licence Must have 5 years uninterrupted work history in the UK.
