Do you have admin experience and would you like to work for a Parcel Delivery organisation based across the UK?

This role offers remote working, ideally from Swansea, South Wales, with occasional site visits based across the Midlands, London and Yorkshire.

As an Admin Assistant you will join a friendly team based across the UK. You will be expected to liaise with the installation and design teams to manage diaries, schedule work and organise maintenance of company assets.

You will also be expected to complete the following;

-Evaluate sites.

-Manage and amend large data sets using excel and (url removed).

-Document company installations and maintenance.

-Manage staff diaries insuring installation, design and maintenance is completed to time and budget.

-Liaise with staff to organise site visits and installation.

-Occasional site visits to the Midlands, London or Yorkshire.

This is a full time, home based role.

Applicants are required to have experience prior admin experience and experience of the following;

Proficiency in IT skills, predominantly outlook, (url removed) and Excel including pivot tables/vlookups and conditional formatting.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a professional phone manner.
Flexible approach to working and able to pick up tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience of managing large date sets.
